The Australian Government is proposing to remove the presumption of equal shared parental responsibility in the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) which sees many adult and child victim-survivors of family violence and abuse being locked into unsafe arrangements post-separation.

Join Full Stop Australia in supporting this landmark decision and ensure this bill passes through Parliament to become law by emailing your local Federal Member of Parliament, the Federal Attorney General, the Ministers for Women, Women's Safety, and youth, and to members of the Australian Senate.
